Please be reminded that this month's Progressive Dane General Membership Meeting is be back in Madison at the Downtown Public Library this Wednesday, December 19, 2007, from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
This month's chair is Jim Kellerman. This meeting should prove to be very informative. In addition to some regular reports there will be:
1. an educational overview of the upcoming campaigns,
2. the Steering Committee will unveil the new logo,
3. the Elections Committee will announce some early endorsements, and
4. the City Caucus will seek feedback on a draft list of issues for 2008.
Progressive Dane is a member-run political party. Your input is important. Members of the public are encouraged to attend.

We, the members of Progressive Dane, join together to form an independent political party in Dane County with a major focus on local issues. We pledge to work to improve the quality of life in Dane County for all people, particularly those marginalized by economic and social discrimination. We will work to improve our local government by making it open, easier to understand, and accessible for all citizens of Dane County. We are working to achieve positive policy change by electing accountable progressive officials and mobilizing citizen action.
