Progressive Dane 2006 Bike Tour!
Saturday, June 3rd
Join Progressive Dane in saluting progressive businesses and organizations in Madison! The tour will start and finish in Burrows Park (1/2 mile east of Tenney Park on Sherman Ave, near the Sherman and Fordem intersection), and participants will have the opportunity to ride to 10 different locations in Madison, covering approximately 12 miles.
Registration is $25 and for an extra $11 you will get a complimentary 1 year PD membership (new members only). Get your friends to sponsor you as well. Top fundraisers will recieve prizes! Click here for a registration form, click here for a pledge form.

The Bike Tour starts promptly 10:30 a.m. on Saturday June 3rd. All participants must meet back at Burrows Park by 1 p.m.
Tour Day Registration:
From 9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
Arrive early to pick up your Bike Tour t-shirt!
Lunch and Awards Ceremony:
From 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
A complimentary lunch will be served
immediately following the race, with
sandwiches, grillables, salads, fruit, dessert and
more. Awards will be presented during the
lunch.

We, the members of Progressive Dane, join together to form an independent political party in Dane County with a major focus on local issues. We pledge to work to improve the quality of life in Dane County for all people, particularly those marginalized by economic and social discrimination. We will work to improve our local government by making it open, easier to understand, and accessible for all citizens of Dane County. We are working to achieve positive policy change by electing accountable progressive officials and mobilizing citizen action.

The Progressive Dane General Membership meeting will be held Wednesday, January 25th at 6:00 p.m. at the Social Justice Center on Williamson St. Beer Caucus afterwards in the Weary Traveler.
Join the Fighting Poverty Coalition the 3rd Thursday night of every month at 6:00 p.m., locations to be announced.
Work with our elected officials at the city, county and school board levels!
